How do you communicate big ideas to big teams that work in multiple locations around the world? How do you increase engagement with internal communication? How on earth do you film over 100 people before the end of the month?
These are just a few of the questions we had to answer with Balfour Beatty Investments as we set about creating the Big Ideas film. After some prototyping and a test shoot we agreed a concept that would engage their teams, wherever they were located.
This film had to be both flexible and fun. Flexible so that it could accommodate webcam videos from remote teams alongside our own footage and fun so that BBI employees watched, shared and caught the key messages. We think we nailed it!
